ARTIST STATEMENT
Having lived in Venezuela, Mexico, Spain, and the American South, I find myself interested in environments and landscapes. This investigation of the horizon line runs throughout my artistic practice. I consider myself a landscape artist because I create environments in many mediums. Currently oil paint is the vehicle I use to communicate the beauty of the environment where I stand.
